We are in a never ending loop of none responsiveness. Parcel not delivered after 7 weeks, email to complain, standard email response asking for details, email back, standard email response asking for details, email details, standard email response asking etc. etc. etc.Perhaps read the review from Trespass regarding holidays and furlough.Shocking customer (none) service ?Update - 9 weeks and still no response, how long will this ineptitude continue?Another Update - 4 months on now, still no delivery, still no refund, still no response other than a cursory effort which was never followed up byTrespass. This is the most completely inept, unprofessional and down right rude company it has ever been our misfortune to try to deal with. Can we please reduce our one star rating to a negative figure?The response from Trespass below was their cursory effort, this was as far as they got in resolving the issue.

Awful customer service if there is one at all as they simply kept sending automated replies, not helpful whatsoever. Ordered an item with the next day delivery during the lockdown as it was an available delivery option and the item needed urgently. The item arrived 4 days late (obviously due to covid-19, I suppose). Afterwards realised that if they were unable to guarantee a prompt ordinary delivery, they shouldn't have had a next day delivery as an option at all! Tried to get a refund but had been continuously ignored so gave up in the end but will never order anything from there again.

Placed an order for 2 items with Trespass. After a few days wait I got the email to say the items were being dispatched. I used their tracking facility to track the package and saw that both items were dispatched in the one parcel. The following day the parcel arrived at the door, I open it to find I am one item missing. I check the tracking again and no I didn’t get it wrong it clearly stated both items in one package. You cannot get through to anyone on the Customer Service number so I emailed them, I got an auto generated response based on the query I had submitted (missing item). The company have quite happily taken my money yet I am left without the item and no way to contact anybody to find out what is happening. Do not use the company online especially as there is a good chance you may well need to contact their non existent customer services!Update: Still no response to my email....still no item received! Disgraceful way to trade. Do not give this company your money!!

We visited the store in Edinburgh today the two men who run it amazing! Both me abs my husband underestimated the Scottish weather and they sorted us both out with new winter coats! Great service

Just been in the Barrow in Furness store, all covid safe, friendly, served by a polite & very helpful young lady & got a 20% discount off my next purchase, happy shopper!

Began shaky and annoyed. I received my order with a tag attached -infuriating right. I returned these to have the tag removed or be refunded. After a week i had heard nothing, this continued. I assumed due to Covid-19 and staff issues there was a genuine reason and they weren’t just being ignorant, however we all know it can be frustrating. However, i did get a response (as if i were queued) upon the response i had an immediate refund within 24 hours, and due to my wait, patience and common courtesy to show respect and understanding, Trespass went above and beyond and still went ahead and sent my original order out at no cost to me. This is how you treat a customer, especially when there as been an issue. You fix their error and refund them! This shows the customer that they are worthy and you respect their custom. Some companies just throw a refund at you and away you go, but retention is better than simple satisfaction. Trespass you excelled at retaining a customer through respect.

Adam at the Preston city centre store was absolutely amazing today. I tried on so many different shoes (wide feet problems!) and he was so patient and friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure that he did everything he could to help me. He is an asset to the store :-).

Visited Cwmbran store, staff extremely helpful, cheerful so the whole experience was a joy.

Had difficulty with a product. Trespass stated,on 16 July,by phoning me at home, that they would send out a complimentary top to my home address. Despite many emails & calling personally at my local 'Trespass', the item has not been received. Trespass cannot be contacted by 'phone & just ignore emails. I have used Trespass many times but this experience has now made me think about using them again

Bought three tee shirts but they were wrong size so returned to change. Three weeks later still no reply. I have proof of posting and them receiving. They are not answering my emails. Now have to get refund through my credit card. I would not buy anything again from this company.

We bought 2 glentilt reclining chairs.One is fine so far but the other reclined as soon as you sat in it. Very cheap plastic mechanism to stop is from reclining. We hardly used the chair and after a couple of months it has split on both plastic arms making the chair tilt passed its stop and throwing you off backwards. Only actually sat on about 4 times in two months so very annoyed with the price and quality. Our biggest annoyance is its impossible to contact trespass they ignore the emails and cut you off on the phone. Very unhappy and a waste of £50
